Jodi & Steve: Wedding

Jodi and Steve were married at the Groveland Fairways under a unique star-studded tent. It created an atmosphere that was worthy of their vows and love for each other. Jodi's daughter served as a bridesmaid and all day you could see little examples of the bond that only a mother and daughter could share. It was such a happy and cheerful day and everyone felt honored to take part in such a perfect wedding!

Lisa & Jeff: Engagement

I met up with Lisa & Jeff at Larz Anderson Park to shoot their engagement session! This park has all the elements for a fantastic day... a beautiful pond, quaint bridges, hilltop fields with views of Boston, and a gazebo called "The Temple of Love". Perfect for an e-session huh? :)

They're the cutest couple and I actually shot their wedding a couple days ago! It was an all-day affair that included 2 tea ceremonies, a traditional western ceremony, and a 10-course Chinese feast reception. Can't wait to show you some images soon!

The Segans: Family Session

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting one of my favorite families and our great friends, the Segans. Linnea & Kristen have been friends for a long time and we've been able to see their family grow over the last few years. Marc & Kristen now have two adorable boys, Michael and Adam.

The family photo session took place at their house on a beautiful September day. We couldn't help but have a great time as we shot some formals in the yard and a few more casual shots inside. Aren't they just the cutest family?!!

Gabrielle & Mark: Wedding

A couple of weeks ago, the amazing wedding photojournalist and destination photographer Tommy Colbert, invited me to shoot a wedding with him in Boston. I was really excited to work with someone I had admired for quite some time.

Gabrielle and Mark's day began at the Langham Hotel where the bridal party was getting ready. We got some great candid images and Tommy set up an amazing shot with Gabrielle standing in the window. As I shot from the street below, Tommy captured one of the most beautiful bridal images I've ever seen (take a look at his camera's lcd screen in the shot below).

We then headed over to the North End for the ceremony in St. Leonard's on Hanover Street. The reception was held at the State Room...high above Quicny Market and Fanueil Hall. A venue that's known for it's amazing natural light and a view of the city that can't be beat.

Thanks Tommy for inviting me to shoot with you...and for a sharing some tips & tricks along the way!
