iT HAS ARRiVED!

My new 24-inch iMac has arrived! 2.8GHz of power, 4GB memory, and a 500gb hard drive, makes for one sweet piece of machinery! I set it up last night, installed my Photoshop & Lightroom software, and I am all set for the wedding season!

Four Year Anniversary!

Four years ago today, Linnea and I stood before our family & friends and promised our unwavering love and devotion to each other. She was the most beautiful bride I've ever seen and I was the luckiest groom.

So much has changed in those four years, but our love has remained as strong as ever and will only grow stronger. Linnea, thank you for always being there for me and for being my rock. I love you.

First Wedding of the Season!

I shot my first wedding of the year on Saturday. Shelley and Steve are an amazing couple that actually brought a tear to my eye as they kissed in the back of the church after the ceremony.

I have a lot of amazing images to show you from the day, but they'll have to wait until I complete the transition to my new computer system over this Memorial Day weekend. Be patient...it will be worth it! :)

Amesbury Bridal Show

Some of the best wedding professionals on the North Shore gathered on Sunday for a bridal show at Essencia Spa and Salon in Amesbury. We had a great time getting to know each other and meeting many new brides and grooms!

May PUG

All the regulars (by regulars I mean the best wedding photographers in Boston) got together on Tuesday night for the May Pictage User Group meeting. Photographer Daniel Doke spoke on his philosophies of business and shooting and showed us some of his amazing work. It was inspirational to see how his small business has taken-off into the stratosphere!





As you can see, Dan asked the Feds (James and Kate) to model so he could demonstrate how he makes a couple feel comfortable and laugh for the camera. Looks like it worked!

Shootsac

My Shootsac arrived yesterday! Just in time for my first wedding of the year next weekend!

For those of you that don't know....the Shootsac is one of the best accesories a photographer can have on the wedding day. It's about as unobtrusive as a camera bag can be and holds all of your lenses snugly and at the ready. I'm really looking forward to using it for the first time next week!

It doesn't get much better than this!

Wedding toasts are an age old tradition that have sadly become a little predictable and staid. Well...let's just say that those are two words that you WILL NOT be using after watching the most amazing wedding toast EVER!
